Il cammino come rappresentazione del paesaggio

The study Paths and Landscapes in the Pollino National Park aimed to respond to the need to expose the narration of the history of the territory through the narration of the landscape in order to achieve a deeper knowledge of the historical-naturalistic heritage in relation to the diversity of user levels.

The purposeof the work is the adoption of a model of fruition that does not consist and exhaust itself simply in a set of extemporaneous and often temporary impressions in front of the landscape, but gives rise to a punctual and circumstantial knowledge of the spatial-temporal coordinates that underlie it.
The articulation of the study is subject to variations and additions, given its character of "open" research as a model for the use of the landscape, which contains an analysis of the territory considered in its entirety, i.e. through the infrastructures, emergencies, resources with which it is endowed and its changes over time; interpreted in their organic relationship with man, through the signs that he has imprinted on it over time.
